Ben Ryé is Donnafugata’s iconic Passito di Pantelleria, made from hand-harvested Zibibbo grapes grown on volcanic terraces using the traditional alberello pantesco method. The 2022 vintage was marked by dry, breezy conditions that concentrated fruit and preserved acidity.

Partially dried grapes are added during fermentation to intensify aromatics and structure. The result is a lusciously sweet yet vibrant dessert wine, balancing richness with Mediterranean freshness.
