The Amos Block sits in South Africa's oldest Sauvignon Blanc vineyard, a dryland bushvine plot planted in 1965 on deep, weathered soils. Thirty percent of the fruit goes into barrel fermentation, adding a gossamer texture that softens the wine's natural intensity. Ninety hours of skin contact layer in chalky minerality and a thrilling textural grip, while the palate sings with fig, gooseberries, nettles, citrus, and a saline mineral spine.
