Pedro Méndez’s Tinto Xuntanza NV is a light, Atlantic-influenced red from Galicia’s Salnés Valley. Made from sustainably farmed Mencía and Caiño Tinto, it’s sourced outside the Rías Baixas DO and fermented whole-cluster in steel, then aged in old oak and tank before blending.

Bottled unfiltered, it shows bright red fruit, herbal lift, and saline minerality at just 11% ABV. A fresh, elegant Galician red made with minimal intervention and built on finesse.
