Indian barley meets Islay peat. Paul John distills in Goa, India, using six-row Indian barley smoked with imported Scottish peat to approximately 25 ppm. The tropical Goa climate accelerates maturation in ex-bourbon barrels—what takes a decade in Scotland happens faster in India's heat. The result is a bold, peated single malt with a distinctly non-Scottish personality: tropical fruit notes interwoven with serious smoke. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered.
