What is this wine?
Domaine de la Croisée’s Pouilly-Fumé “Eden” 2022 is a finely etched Sauvignon Blanc from the limestone and flint soils of Pouilly-sur-Loire. The domaine, led by young vigneron Pauline Mourrain and Mathieu Teillet, farms organically and vinifies with minimal intervention to highlight the purity of terroir. Eden is sourced from older vines and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, then aged on fine lees for several months to build texture while preserving the wine’s signature precision and minerality.
Why get this wine?
Eden represents a new generation of Pouilly-Fumé—authentic, artisanal, and terroir-driven.
