Domaine de Piaugier’s 2022 Sablet comes from 35–60-year-old vines rooted in sandy, clay-limestone soils at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. This Grenache-based blend includes Syrah and Mourvèdre, fermented with native yeasts in concrete tanks.

Aged up to 18 months in concrete and large foudres, it shows red fruit, garrigue, and firm but polished tannins. A structured, expressive southern Rhône red with lift and balance.
