Domaine Rapet is a historic Burgundy estate, based in Pernand-Vergelesses since 1765. “En Bully” comes from high-altitude marl soils at 350m, just outside the village. The vines lie near the Hautes-Côtes, offering freshness and lift. This Bourgogne Rouge captures pure Pinot Noir character from a cool, limestone-rich slope.

Fermentation lasts about 15 days, with gentle extraction and aging in 20% new oak. The result is a finely structured, fruit-forward red. It sits below the domaine’s village and premier cru wines, offering early-drinking charm with pedigree. A versatile match for poultry or pork.
