Filippo Cassano’s CALX 2023 is a fresh, organically farmed Primitivo from limestone-rich vineyards in Puglia’s Altopiano delle Murge. Vines average 20–30 years old at 300 meters elevation.

Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and aged briefly on lees, it’s light on its feet at 12.5% ABV. Juicy red fruit, dried fig, and saline lift make it a vibrant, chillable southern Italian red.
