Henri Boillot’s Clos de la Mouchère is a Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru monopole within Les Perrières. The 2018 vintage comes from low-yielding Chardonnay vines, farmed sustainably and harvested by hand for maximum ripeness and balance.

Fermented and aged in large oak barrels for over a year, this wine emphasizes mineral tension and structural depth. A benchmark bottling that captures the precision of Puligny terroir.
