Labbe et Fils is a small grower estate that champions sustainable farming and low-intervention winemaking in Champagne. Their *1er Cru Brut Tradition* is a classic blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier, sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees before release, this cuvée balances freshness with depth.

The wine opens with aromas of ripe orchard fruit, citrus blossom, and toasted almonds, with a hint of brioche from extended lees aging. The palate is well-rounded yet vibrant, offering flavors of green apple, pear, and a mineral-driven finish with bright acidity.
