Lacuna is a collaboration between 4 industry professionals that aims to create a wine characteristic of California with the European tradition of balance. This is almost all Syrah except for 6% Viognier, a French trick that brings lift to Syrah's flavors and aromas. From a who's who of Cali's best cold climate Syrah sites this is fermented with a majority whole cluster and celebrates Syrah's savoury side and structured tannic profile.
