Ulacia is a great producer of Txakolina, but like the others, they have hardly any vines to work with. Most of their wine is, indeed, consumed locally. But a few cases make it across the ocean and end up in our store. There is a white version, and a rosé version, made from the even scarcer red grape varieties that are grown there.
