Buona Notte is very much a family affair and the wines themselves are inspired by the family’s many trips to northern Italy. Many of Graham's wines come from Italian varieties but like the best Italian wines, they are crystal clear representations of their origin.Graham spent many years working at Terra Antica and Hiyu Farms, where he learned many of the ancient winemaking techniques he employs at Buona Notte. Years of working for these trailblazing producers gave him the insight and experience to produce wine that is as unique as ever but grounded by classic structure and complexity. There is controlled wildness to these wines that make them spellbinding.
