"The 2022 Monkey Jacket is a delicious everyday red from Michael Cruse. Some of the wine's primary fruit has softened since I tasted this last year (just after bottling). There's a touch of volatile acidity from the 70% whole clusters that adds high tones to the aromatics, but it is well balanced for this style.
