Granville’s 2022 Willamette Valley Chardonnay Basalt comes from vines planted on volcanic basalt soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and native yeast fermented with partial aging in neutral oak barrels to preserve freshness and structure.

The wine offers bright citrus, green apple, and mineral notes with balanced acidity and a creamy texture. A refined, cool-climate Chardonnay built for both early drinking and moderate aging.
