Why I love 1792 Bourbon Full Proof Flatiron Wines & Spirits Barrel Selection. I'm always a huge fan of this whisky, but this barrel is truly something special. It shows amazing depth of flavor and complexity. Add a touch of water and the apricot, toasted almond and cinnamon really come and accentuate the beautifully long finish.
