Vereinigte Hospitien’s 2011 Scharzhofberger Riesling Kabinett is a finely balanced Mosel wine from one of Germany’s most celebrated vineyards, Scharzhofberg. The estate uses sustainable viticulture with hand harvesting and native yeast fermentation, aging in stainless steel and large oak casks.

This Kabinett shows delicate citrus, white peach, and slate minerality with vibrant acidity and a touch of residual sugar for balance. It offers elegance, freshness, and complexity with excellent aging potential.
