Château des Quarts is a rare monopole estate in Pouilly-Fuissé, led by Dominique Lafon and Olivier Merlin. Clos des Quarts is a 2.23 ha walled vineyard in Chaintré, planted in 1917 and 1963 on limestone-rich clay soils. It was among the first sites elevated to Premier Cru status in 2020.

The 2022 vintage was whole-cluster pressed, fermented with native yeasts, and aged 18 months in barrel with minimal racking. Structured and mineral, it’s built for long aging.
