Croix & Courbet’s 2019 Côtes du Jura Beaumont is a red blend primarily made from Trousseau and Poulsard grapes grown on Jurassic limestone soils in the Jura. The domaine practices organic farming with low yields and traditional whole-cluster fermentation using native yeasts. Aging occurs in neutral oak barrels to preserve freshness.

This wine offers bright red berries, earthy spice, and savory herbal notes with lively acidity and fine tannins. A classic Jura red with freshness and finesse, ideal for food pairing.
