Il Paradiso di Manfredi’s 2016 Brunello is a traditional wine from 2.5 hectares of steep, northeast-facing vineyards near Montosoli. Farmed organically and fermented with native yeasts in cement, it’s aged three years in large Slavonian oak casks.

The result is a structured, finely tannic Brunello with lifted acidity and deep, savory complexity. A benchmark vintage from one of Montalcino’s most soulful, old-school producers.
