Blanc de Blancs Champagnes are sparkling wines made in Frances Champagne regions with white grapes only. Although a few other white grapes are technically allowed, most blanc de blancs are 100% Chardonnay. These wines can be particularly racy and offer precise transparency into their underlying terroirs.
