Céline et Laurent Tripoz’s 2021 Mâcon Rouge Les Perrières is a village-level Pinot Noir from organically farmed vineyards in the Mâconnais. The grapes are hand-harvested and native yeast fermented before aging in neutral oak barrels.

The wine offers bright red cherry, subtle earthiness, and fresh acidity with fine tannins. A light, approachable red Burgundy for early drinking and casual meals.
