The estate, family-run and certified organic, farms vineyards at 420–500 meters on galestro and alberese soils, producing wines that combine freshness with depth. L’Aura is fermented with native yeasts and aged about one year in a mix of French oak tonneaux and neutral barrels, emphasizing balance and elegance.
