Domaine Serol’s 2023 Oudan de Butte en Blanc is a white Burgundy from old Chardonnay vines grown on clay-limestone soils in the Côte Chalonnaise. The estate farms sustainably and ferments with native yeasts, aging the wine in mostly neutral French oak barrels to highlight purity and minerality.

This cuvée offers fresh orchard fruit, lemon zest, and floral notes balanced by crisp acidity and a mineral-driven finish. It’s a vibrant, elegant expression of Côte Chalonnaise terroir.
