Thomas Farge’s 2020 “Les Jardins de Chavagnac Blanc” comes from a high-altitude granite plateau in the Collines Rhodaniennes, just outside Saint-Joseph. This organic field blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier reflects the elegance and freshness of its 400m elevation site.

Fermented and aged in stainless steel and old barrels, it shows stone fruit, floral lift, and mineral precision. A refined northern Rhône white ideal with poultry or creamy vegetable dishes.
