From the producer: When Vin de Soif was first conceptualized, before the name came about even, the idea was to highlight wines that were fresh, low alcohol and easy to drink. Wines that you reached for to literally quench a thirst. The red wines coming out of the Muscadet region have served this purpose to our team for years now, so it was a natural fit to launch the idea with a wine from this region.
We are thrilled to be partnering with Hautes Noëlles for this wine. It is made with the same attention to detail in the cellar and vineyard as all the wines coming out of this winery. The result is exactly what we hoped for; a wine that goes down easy and leaves one wanting another glass. One bottle is rarely enough.
