Ulacia is a great producer of Txakolina, but like the others, they have hardly any vines to work with. Most of their wine is, indeed, consumed locally. But a few cases make it across the ocean and end up in our store. There is a white version, and a rosรฉ version, made from the even scarcer red grape varieties that are grown there.
Txacoli may be the worldโs funnest wine to drink, and yes you can have the fun at home!
