What is this wine?
Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux, based in Vosne-Romanée and led by Charles Lachaux, has become one of Burgundy’s most admired and in-demand domaines. Known for meticulous vineyard work, whole-cluster fermentations, and minimal oak, Charles crafts Pinot Noir of energy and perfume. Les Procès is a premier cru in Nuits-Saint-Georges with clay-limestone soils that produce wines of structure and minerality but with more refinement than the village’s southern crus. The 2019 vintage was exceptional, producing concentrated yet balanced wines with superb cellaring potential.
