Passofonduto is named after the contrada in western Sicily where the facilities are based. As you’d expect from a Louis/Dressner import, farming is organic and winemaking is minimalist. Giuseppe Cipolla, the winemaker, started producing wines in 2014.Cipolla does use a little bit of sulfur, though, keeping the wine stable and clean.
