Created by the wine director of Tribeca Grill to prove California can do balance and drinkability without sacrificing character, this 90/10 Cabernet/Merlot blend captures the best of Paso Robles and Central Coast fruit. Fermented half in stainless steel and half in neutral oak, then aged ten months in neutral barrels, it strikes a careful harmony between ripe plum, black currant, and blackberry with a whisper of mint and cedar. Velvety tannins and dusty earth notes emerge on the finish—a wine designed for real drinking.
