Unturned Stone’s 2019 Spider Chase comes from Waterhorse Ridge, a high-altitude, coastal Fort Ross–Seaview site planted in 1997. The organically farmed, two-acre vineyard sits at 1,700 feet, producing structured, high-acid Cabernet from rocky, fog-cooled soils.

Winemakers Sara Morningstar and Katrina Walker use native fermentation, low sulfur, and aging in neutral oak. The result is a taut, ageworthy Cabernet with savory depth and herbal complexity. Among the most serious wines in their lineup.
