Hexamer’s 2023 Riesling Quarzit comes from steep, slate-rich vineyards in the Mosel, planted on quartzite soils that impart mineral intensity and freshness. Organically farmed, the grapes are fermented with native yeasts and aged briefly on lees in stainless steel.

This dry Riesling offers bright citrus, green apple, and wet stone minerality with crisp acidity and a lively finish. A classic Mosel expression with purity and energy.
