Domaine Gautheron, a fifth-generation estate in Fleys, produces this classic Chablis 1er Cru from the limestone-rich slopes of Vaucoupin. The 2022 vintage, made from old-vine Chardonnay, is vinified entirely in stainless steel to preserve purity and tension.

Bright citrus and saline minerality define this structured, precise white. A refined match for oysters, seafood, or light poultry dishes.
