A limited release from Brooklyn Kura, New York's first sake brewery, using 100% premium Yamada Nishiki rice milled to 60%. It's named for the first place their sourced the rice from in the US. Fermented traditionally at a low temperature, it's dry and crisp with a hints of honeysuckle, jasmine, and citrus.
