The Carlo Giacosa Winery, run by the family for four generations, is situated in Barbaresco, home to some of Italy’s most prestigious wines. Luca along with his mother and grandfather, care for the vineyards and winemaking process, ensuring that their Barbera, Dolcetto, and Nebbiolo grapes express the true character of the land. In the winery, traditional methods are supported by modern technology, allowing for fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, appropriate maturing in small barrels or large casks, and low sulfur usage.
