Cirelli’s 2022 Pecorino from Colline Pescaresi is organically farmed and crafted with minimal intervention in Abruzzo. Grown on limestone soils near the Adriatic, the fruit undergoes a brief skin maceration, native yeast fermentation, and four months of lees aging in stainless steel.

The result is a crisp, mineral-driven white with citrus zest, green apple, and subtle tropical notes. Fresh and saline, it’s a structured yet vibrant take on Pecorino with excellent food versatility.
