Les Perrières is one of Jacques Carillon’s most mineral-driven Puligny sites, sourced from a 0.56 ha parcel of 28–40-year-old vines on classic clay-limestone soils. This Premier Cru consistently yields structured, coiled Chardonnay with deep terroir imprint.

The 2023 vintage spent 12 months in barrel (20% new oak) followed by 6 months in stainless steel. The result is a wine of tension and clarity, balancing breadth with electric acidity and long aging potential.

The name of Carillon is now synonymous with the best of Puligny-Montrachet. Louis Carillon continued his family’s centuries long tradition of producing excellent wines that focus on the taut minerality of Chardonnay from this famous village. In 2010 the estate was split between the brothers Jacque and François.
