A true co-ferment of 70% Merlot and 30% Chardonnay from the Redwood Valley in Mendocino. Macerated for five days with whole clusters on the bottom after all the fruit is destemmed. Bright, buoyant red fruit with a truly ionic and lush angle from the two drastically different varietals. Blackberry, herbs, and brisk, vibrant acidity.
