"The 2022 Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru is matured entirely in oak barrels. It has a composed and detailed bouquet. Touches of yellow fruit commingle with shucked oyster shells and Vervane. There's impressive delineation here. The palate is saline and intense on the entry, with plenty of powerful citrus fruit intermixed with spices and subtle marine notes. Real depth on the finish, Vrai Grand Cru. Give it 3-4 years in bottle if you can. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis." -Neal Martin
