Hundred Suns is emerging as a leading low-intervention producer in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Their 2022 Pinot Noir comes from the cool, marine-influenced Eola-Amity Hills AVA, showing precise fruit and mineral clarity. Grapes are sustainably farmed and hand-harvested.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral French oak, this wine maintains freshness and structure. The result is a balanced, medium-bodied Pinot with earthy lift and refined red fruit character—perfect for salmon, poultry, or cellar aging.

Antonio Galloni

"Sweet lavender mixes with dusty rose and cedary spice as the 2022 Pinot Noir Eola-Amity Hills wafts up from the glass. It's juicy and round in character with silky textures and an elegant wave of ripe red and blue fruits. This leaves a caking of chalky minerals and an air of blue-toned florals, finishing wonderfully fresh and lifted in feel." -Eric Guido

"The 2022 Pinot Noir Eola-Amity Hills features a plethora of mixed berry aromas on the nose, plus accents of orange peel, woodsmoke and violet. The medium-bodied palate is just as generous with its concentrated, juicy fruit. It has an alluringly silky frame, vibrant acidity and a long, flavorful finish." -Erin Brooks

"A classic case of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. The Eola-Amity bottling from Hundred Suns is a stellar Pinot Noir blended from three of the appellations sites, all picked on the same day, 13, October in that cool vintage that relied on a warm autumn ending to come to fruition. Big Cheese, Wahle and En Gedi Vineyards come together to create a stunning wine. Smoke, exotic spices and dried Mediterranean scrub for a showy, savoury aromatic wine. The palate is loaded with rooibos tea, smoky clove, white pepper and mouthfuls of juicy blue and black bramble fruits. It's a touch feral and ferrous, but its 100% enjoyable. For under $50, this wine is very, very impressive."
