Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier’s 2021 Bonnes-Mares comes from a 0.36-hectare parcel spanning the Chambolle and Morey sides of the Grand Cru. The vines, planted between 1961 and 1988, yield a wine that blends Chambolle’s floral elegance with Morey’s earthy structure.

Fermented with native yeasts and aged in barrel with restraint, the 2021 is precise and layered—showing red fruit, blood orange, spice, and fine tannins. A rare, ageworthy expression from one of Burgundy’s most meticulous domaines.
