Jean Vesselle is a top grower-producer based in Bouzy, known for crafting structured and terroir-driven Champagnes. *B2C 2014* is a rare Blanc de Blancs from Grand Cru vineyards in Chouilly, made without dosage to highlight its purity and mineral tension.

The nose is vibrant and crisp, with aromas of citrus zest, green apple, and white flowers, evolving into subtle nutty and brioche notes. The palate is precise and linear, offering flavors of lemon curd, crushed seashells, and a firm chalky backbone that extends through the long, racy finish.
