Coming from vines up to 40 years old that all hand harvested. The wine is Aged in glass-tiled concrete vats; 6 months ageing on fine lees. A classic wine with richness, aromatic complexity and a fresh, mineral-like tension. Pairs well with shellfish, fish (salmon, bass, trout), or with sushi and sashimi.

Jo Landron would be on anybody's short list of leaders in the resurgence in quality of the Muscadet region that started in the 1980s. Early into organic farming, he now practices biodynamics, focussing on low yields from single sites. His are some of the most brilliant and ageworthy white wines west of Touraine.
