"Separated out from what became the corresponding Auslese (and, at 160 Oechsle, halfway between that Auslese and the associated TBA in must weight), this delivers a syrupy peach and pineapple concentrate laced with fresh lemon and lime for a slightly sweet-sour youthful impression.
