Julien Cruchandeau’s 2021 Beaune Les Bons Feuvres comes from two small, east-facing plots totaling 2.5 hectares. The wine is vinified with native yeasts—one portion fermented 90% whole cluster, the other fully destemmed—and aged 15 months on lees in stainless steel.

This cuvée highlights Cruchandeau’s minimal-intervention style: bright, finely structured Pinot Noir with lifted red fruit and a precise, terroir-driven profile.
