From an organic and biodynamic farmed vineyard in South Australia. Hand-picked and wild fermented. The grapes are fermented in clay qvevri (ranging from 450 to 600 liters in size) and spend 211 days on skins aging underground.

Deep ruby in color. Blackberry, red plum, and cinnamon on the nose with juicy acidity, mild tannins, and subtle earthy undertones on the palate.
