Lady of the Sunshine’s 2024 “Chevey” is a Loire-inspired blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Chardonnay from organically farmed vineyards in San Luis Obispo Coast AVA. Fruit is hand-harvested and foot-tread before native fermentation in neutral oak, then aged eight months on lees.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur, it’s fresh and textured, showing lime, white peach, lemongrass, and saline lift. A bright, layered expression of California’s cool Central Coast.
