"Disgorged in September 2017, the NV Brut Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru Obsidienne offers up aromas of fresh peach, warm spices, red berry fruit and dried flowers. On the palate, it's full-bodied, broad-shouldered and layered, with a refined mousse, a deep and fleshy core, ripe acids and a precise finish. It's a serious, vinous blanc de noirs from Vernenay and Verzy that should evolve nicely under cork. " -Robert Parker
