Meticulously, organically farmed. Vineyards from ideally located St Margarethen. Saint Laurent is thought to be a cross of Pinot Noir and another unknown variety. Mineral and fresh, yet earthy and full of cherry/berry fruit. Fine tannins. Native yeast. 1yr in used 500L Stockinger barrels.
