Whole cluster Nero d'Avola directly pressed upon arrival from the vineyard. Fermentation and aged in stainless steel tanks. Blended with 10% Albarino and 15ppm of sulfur at bottling. Unfined and unfiltered. Dark cherry, candied rhubarb and hints of coastal Italian herbs. Savory yet mineral throughout. Great with a grilled branzino or roasted summer veggies.
